Role Definitions
SUPER_ADMIN
Full access to all platform systems, financials, and settings.
SUPPORT_L1
Access to support tickets and user directory. No financial or system settings access.
BILLING_ADMIN
Access to financials, invoices, and subscriptions. No system settings access.
Security Notice
Only Super Admins can invite new team members or change staff roles. All permission changes are logged in the Audit Trail for compliance monitoring.
